If you are frustrated, I can help you clarify your specific concerns about perimenopause, menopause and post menopause with specific and detailed goal oriented solutions. For example, you may begin with the goal "I want to sleep better," that becomes "I want to improve my hormonal balance so that I can start feeling better." Once you have clarified your big goal, it becomes easier to set small goals along the way.

Many people will tell you that you're doing great simply because they don't want to hurt your feelings. Some people will overlook your mistakes to prevent you from feeling bad. But, to grow and to feel your best, you also need someone to call you out on your shortcomings. A life and wellness coach is just the person you need to give unbiased input on how you're doing.
