Hi I'm Ellen. As part of the VIDEOSyncracies Production team (my husband Paul/videographer extraordinaire and me), I collaborate with customers to build Wix Websites for business and personal use. This blog is an evolving result of my web design and web content collaboration with Renata Berg MD.

My secret to experiencing happiness and health as a post menopausal woman, is mindfulness or becoming conscious of my true desires. Cooking, yoga, meditating, gardening, walking, biking, traveling, reading, writing and, last but most important, spending time with loved ones, all come to mind whenever I allow myself to pause.

Renata has helped me realize that perimenopause, menopause and post menopause brings changes to our lives that can be embraced with the positive energy of experience, wisdom, humor and loving ourselves and our passions. I'm so excited to be part of this growing community.
